Meeting spaces in our offices are available to you at any time with any level of Vista Mar Realty Group membership. However, we are not limited to our physical location. Our online resources allow a Vista Mar agent to enjoy our virtual offices, managing all aspects of his or her individual business from any computer without ever stepping foot inside an office building.

Does Vista Mar Realty Group require its Agents to attend meetings or fulfill quotas?

All communication between Vista Mar Realty Group and its agents is handled virtually -- by email, instant messaging, webinars, and our website platform -- or by telephone. There are also NO QUOTAS to meet. This presents a unique opportunity for part-time Realtors, who desire a polished representation without unreasonable overhead.

How does the Vista Mar Realty Group commission structure work?

Your level of membership, and therefore commission and earnings, is up to you!

Sales:

Pay .002 of the sales price -- Property sells for $100,000 you only pay $200 to VMRG

Once I select a membership, can I change to another plan?

Agents are eligible to switch plans every six months.

Does Vista Mar Realty Group carry an Errors and Omissions (E&O) Policy?

Yes…the cost for errors and omissions is paid by the Broker. Agents are provided a copy of this policy upon joining our network.

Does Vista Mar Realty Group charge the customer a processing fee?

This is optional! If you use our in-house Client Care Coordinator, the cost would be $295 per Transaction on sales, and $145 for rentals.

Does Vista Mar Realty Group provide their Agents with business cards and signs?

Business cards and all other direct expenses are the agent’s responsibility. Signs are available and must be designed and purchased by our approved and trusted third-party vendor.
